Today, as travelers, we have plenty of possibilities to consider. Where to go, where to live, what to do, how to plan where to find offers. You get points. Well, this article is to introduce you to opportunities for where to stay other than a hotel.
Hotels are a good option. They may be just what you need for your trip, especially if there are only two of you. You can go with big chains that are well trusted or small chains that can take something to dig to ensure that you get a good, clean, affordable hotel room with all you need. However, if you travel with a number of people or as a family, a hotel room may be cramped, lacking privacy and becoming expensive when upgrading to suites and adding additional facilities (like a kitchenette).
Hotels are good because it is easy to find many great deals on all the viable travel sites out there.
But you have other options ….
** What about an apartment? Condos are large and in some destinations the most important option. Condos can be small or large. They offer extra space, extra facilities, first-class places and at prices comparable to hotel rooms.
For example, we stayed in a quaint (small) condominium in Miami. We rented it for only $ 400 a week. It was perfect for my wife and I. The beds pushed out of the wall, we had a very very clean room, a private bathroom, a shower and a shower. , and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. It was our "love shack" for the week and much cheaper with almost $ 200 than any hotel in the area.
** Rent a home. These are now good with the way the realtors are now on. If you are traveling with a large group, this may be your best choice. Get all you need or live as luxury in a beachfront home for your vacation.
Once upon a time 18 of our family members went to Florida and had to rent a home. It was not at sea, but on a bay. It was perfect. It had 3 levels, a hot tub, pool, 4-5 bedrooms, plenty of space, facilities and lots of fun. We had a good time together, as everyone lives in different parts of the country. It was very affordable when split 4 ways too.
** Resorts and all inclusive. This is a great opportunity for families or if you do not want to worry about getting into the pocket. All-encompassing seems to be falling in the US, but you can find it abroad and is typically the best choice. Resorts are great for those who want to spend quality time together, have plenty of privacy and space and enjoy various activities such as golf, fishing, things for the kids, spas, etc. …
** Time Shares. These grow enormously in the world that travels. Time shares are good if you use them. You pay a fee in advance and once a year to take advantage of a timeshare. There are different types so you would like to do your research. Buying a time share is equivalent to buying a home because you do not want to make the decision easy.
My wife's parents have one and love it. They can go wherever they want as long as they stay in the designated places. We used them for our honeymoon in Palm Beach, Florida. It was first class all the way.
If you and your family travel at least once a year, consider looking at a timeshare.
** Camping and RV parks. With the way campsites and RV parks are set up today, the term "ru it" does not even come to mind. You can get almost anything at a campground as you come to a hotel. They are cheap, live in nature for a week and have a good time. There are a few things to consider if you are a beginner for camping, so you would like to do some homework before you decide on this as an option.
** Houseboats. Live on the water for your trip. This is another option to choose from. My aunt has lived on a houseboat in Florida for years and loves it. This is something that many do not even think of, but look at it, you must not go back to live on land for future trips.
We hope this article has helped shed light on where you can stay on your vacation. Villas, cabins and other types of choices should be considered for specific destinations and vacations.
Most importantly, have fun, find great deals and enjoy your trip !!
