Jerusalem Hotel Review: Ramada Renaissance Hotel

One of the finest hotels in Jerusalem is the Ramada Renaissance, a top class hotel with the right atmosphere, service and luxury to make you feel at home. It is the kind of hotel where guests return over and over, because the staff make them feel welcome, the rooms are tasteful and clean, and the amenities are something else.

Ramada is located on a range of hotels just inside the entrance of Jerusalem and is close to all major attractions, yet in a quiet location. Herzl Street is a long boulevard leading to Yad Vashem and Mount Herzl military cemetery. It is located just behind some important buildings, including the Knesset and the Supreme Building, adjacent to the Binyanei Ha Convention Center and the hall. A short walk leads to the accused Machane Yehuda Shuk, where native hawk their goods at the best prices in town. A ten-minute drive brings you to Jerusalem's hip downtown and all its world-class entertainment, shopping and dining, and another five minutes leads to the old walls of the Old Town and its historical significance.

The immaculate rooms of the Ramada are elegantly decorated and kept up to date. There are Deluxe rooms that come in different sizes to accommodate single guests and families as well as executive rooms for business travelers. Suites with extra facilities are also available. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV and cable, desk, personal air conditioning / heating and views. Many of the rooms have a balcony. Everyone is luxuriously appointed.

Ramada has many business facilities in a business center with computers, PA systems, microphones and much more. There are ten meeting rooms and the hotel can accommodate events of up to 2,600 people.

The hotel serves a gourmet Israeli breakfast with a large selection of breads, cakes, salads, quiches and more. There is an elegant restaurant on site that is popular with the guests, and there is a lounge dining as well as a coffee shop. The hotel's kitchen is under the supervision of Jerusalem Mehadrin Rababbinate.

There is plenty of other things to do in the hotel for those who want to relax, including a high-level gym and indoor and outdoor pools. For families there is also a children's pool, and for the sports enthusiast there are also tennis courts.

For an authentic Jerusalem experience with the personalized service you expect, Ramada Renaissance is the cream of Jerusalem hotels.
